SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the rate. Your order is processed once received and takes up to 5 business days to process due to the nature of the product being handmade. USPS estimates shipping to be 3-5 business days once order is processed and picked up. ***Callie & Fitz is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the product we do NOT offer returns or refunds. However, if your product comes damaged please reach out to us via email at support@callieandfitz.com with pictures of the damage so we can rectify the situation and come to a solution.
